Q slot improvement for PvP stuffs

When you drag those siege or repair kit into the quick slot and use the item, once the item is exhausted (drops to zero), it automatically removes from the quick slot area. That means when you refill it (either the repair kit or siege), you have to drag it there again. This is just annoying more than anything else. Can we have it remain there even though it has zero items?
