I would really like to see this. especially for playing on the defensive/ supportive style. its easy for a dk vam to feel his effectiveness in the heat of battle. its very hard to gage how helpful you are being when offensively using seige equipment( aside from the 20 min a day im doing the bounty). I would really like to see a kill counter. nothing fancy, no names etc just the same counter as bounty. even if its optional so not to distract the hardcore immersion people.

    another option would be something showing when ap is earned.

    actually I think a kill count should be directly related to attaining Emperor..enough of this "waaa I had to scout 20 hours a day to get emp". crap

    that does not work because it leans to heavy towards favouring dps builds. its good to have a pure healer able to have a chance too. the person keeping the attacker alive deserves as much ap as the offense. someone defending with meat-catapault who's racking up points should be sharing with people keeping him alive.
    doing pvp in a busy campaign will get you ap faster than scouting. if someone made that complaint then they just have no idea what is going on. killing/supporting the kills yields the most ap already so it is directly related.
    I just really want to see I counter so I know my support is helping, its WAY more motivating, I always have more fun at siege when bounty is on.

    I didn't say killing blow or highest dps..I said kills. If you can sit on a siege and get as many kills as someone out there hunting for them..good on you.

    Currently the AP gain isn't fair to non healers..did you know that? You can sit outside a wall where people jump off and heal for whatever and gain more ap than capping resources.

    My BF who is a templar out gains me by approx 60k on a regular basis cause he slots a passive where he doesnt even need to target ppl to heal them.

    all non-templar healers have a "target unnecessary" heal as well from the healing staff. as a healer it makes no sense for me to use equipment it makes more sense to defend the operator. templars are not completely dominating the leaderboards so i dont think its so far out of balance.
    but I would like this thread to be about people's opinion on kill count. maybe you can start a balance thread.

I dont mean to be rude, I just want others to respond to my topic on my thread not your topic that my thread inspired. its seems every second thread I read is derailed from the topic.
