Lovely zerg fests! "Battle of the Harry Potters", is this what all the ESO hype was supposed to be?

Hey Bro, you sent me a comment 3 minutes after I made my post. You haven't even seen a 10% of the content ;)

Yes, that is funny. We love to defeat people ;) In TES everyone is doing what he/she wants. Some people like 1vs1 duels. But TES is very good for RVR (zerg on zerg) battles. It reminds us the ancient times and glory battles of the past...

Saw enough already. Of course it is great, really, that people can have a great time in ESO. Sadly, it also seems that many, MANY thousands fail to have much fun anymore, e.g. freaking PvE VR grind. Just saying.

I do sincerely hope, you will still be able to have your awesome fun that way, when scores more people decide to leave when their subs end. Because, right now ESO seems to be good only for very particular kinds of players.

And, like it or not, the "noob casuals" are a large chunk of the paying playerbase, and they ain't too happy. Just saying.

Scores of people leaving means like 80 people leaving. Just saying.

24 vs 30 is hardly a zergfest, its actually an almost ideal battle.

P.S. Hope that people from Zenimax will fix most of bugs and add more interesnting content soon.

    Can't agree with it.
But if you don't like it, play PVE content only, what's the problem? Maybe after some time you decide to visit Cyrodiil, and we will be waiting for you there! >:)

I'm not sure if I could understand you properly... do you mean a zerg with destruction / healing staff? Or what?

I think your link of RvR to zerg on zerg battles is highly inaccurate.

AvA (RvR) is about coordination, tactics and strategy, and that means faction wide coordination between all aspects of play styles, utilizing the right resources in the right situations. The moment it becomes all about one play style, ie zerg on zerg, you are dumbing down game play, aka GW2izing it.

Props to everyone that has fun playing in a way that they enjoy be it zerg vs zerg, small group or solo, as it is the variety of play styles that makes it interesting and opens the door to real strategy and tactics.

    Hi Bro, galiumb16_ESO!
We also use tactics and different strategies. But the game still does not give players too much possibilities to do it... Hope things will change soon. We even can see that the game is changing towards the needs of players.

The most difficult STRATEGY move we have seen since 3 months of playing ESO, is to stuck 200+ zerg on your way when you are carrying the Scroll, usually on the bridge or on the gate. Standard tactics we always do: capture all scrolls, capture all 6 castles, then go for Trials, because we have the maximum stats growth. And many other tactics. We are not newbies, you know. But this is not so dynamic and intersting to watch... That's why videos are usually about good fights!!! =)

Moreover, we DO have videos of different strategically important sieges and deffences of castles. You can find them on Youtube by typing "ZaDrots ESO" or something like that.

Hope to have more fun after changes of Cyrodiil system.

But, please, Zenimax, do not nerf Dragon Knights any more... =( Just make all classes more efficient.

And about Dragon Leap Ultimate - it's awesome! It is so impressive when several people are flying towards the foes location on the dragon wings! Please make it little bit more effective, for example "it stuns enemies instead of all applied buffs" or something like that. And let DK fly on the walls as well with Dragon Leap ultimate. Why couldnt we do that? We are *** DRAGON knights or what!?! =)

Some of you need to move on. It's not healthy to hold a grudge on something you don't control.

Waaaah pvp not fun to me.

Move on.. plenty of games out there

Thank you for your advise, but no. We love THIS game. It has a mass PVP content. Thats what we want to do while playing online games. To win other people, be slightly better then they do. To fight shoulder to shoulder with our mates!

However, ESO needs some serious fixes. First of all - less bugs and lags. The second thing - to add some new content to PVP and some more challenges (guild owned keeps and other staff to fight for).

You say not much possibilities to use strategies in this but there are a LOT of strategies for PVP to win the map.

The Zerg is only but a small portion of the strategy. Smaller groups need to go out and shut down the Transit lines for the opposing Zerg. Smaller groups need to grab the elder scrolls. Smaller groups need to derail or slow down most the "sheep" racing back to the herd.

Killing the "sheep" is incredibly important it allows your side to conquer the keeps.

There are some VERY good choke points in the game. I have seen a few of the myself where going around isn't really an option so your forced to fight your way through if there is an opposing force.

These maps were set up VERY well now its up to everybody to actually apply a useful strategy.

    Hi Bro, Shaun98ca2!

Agreed, that there ARE some ways to use strategies and tactics here. If you do use them - show it to us. We would like to see those videos when people apply these strategies, instead of gathering all the zerg on the map of one alliance in one place and simply kill all organised groups by "lagging" them... when you even can't use any ability because of freezes and lags...

But still, I'd be happy if people should use ALL these strategies and tactic maneuveres. Why Emperors do not initiate these campaigns??? I think they have to do it!!! Otherwise why are they Emperors?? Just a *** solo vs zerg players...

Moreover I think none will use all these tactics if the campaign will be only 5-7 days. I even do not see any of the pros about playing those short-time campaigns, except Emperor bonuses farming for your guild members. All guilds will just fight for making their mates ex-Emperors. That would be funny I gues, but no strategies at all, I think.
