Forward Camp Bugg

I wanted to report a problem with the "Forward Camp" they are bugged all the time. When old used should vanish but this is not happen. Old "Forward Camp" remains and not possible to setup new one.

It looks like tent was not really used at all, because after logoff and login you can continue to use it. For those who will die, but not delog this tent is not appear on the map.

When this bug will be fixed?

    welcome to 2013 and the first time a forward camp was placed on a battlefield

    Interesting, I've never actually tried relogging to fix a forward camp, I may try that the next time.

    This really is frustrating when trying to coordinate large scale sieges or trying to bounce back from getting wiped, it's been an issue for a while now and we don't really know when it'll be fixed, most of us just try and work around the problem.

    One solution is to purposely draw an enemy to the tent so they can burn it down and set up a new one once it's down.
    I take pride in being an incredibly smart dumb ass, or an incredibly dumb smart ass, either way I'm awesome.

    Yes this is working, but this is not a solution to the problem, imagine the rush hour. Reloging couse that you wait in line to re-enter the Cirodil :#

    The worst thing about these bugged tents is that they prevent you putting down another nearby. Often it's the only spot that's practical.

    'Clever' sigs get old real fast - just like this one.

    I personally love when people put them on a flag or ontop of a tower where you have no ability to draw an enemy to it to burn it :)

    Personally, I try to educate people in order to correctly place the tents, so that the enemy could destroy it, but it is a tedious job.

    And i don't love thouse who love that ppl :wink:

    This bug is something that really needs to be fixed, not people placing camps in strategically sound locations. The last thing we need to do is train new pvpers to place camps where the enemy will come by and burn it.

    The last thing we need to do is train new pvpers to place camps where the enemy will come by and burn it.

    I understand that, but what should I do to keep the fight at a point?
    Placing the tent so that the enemy could destroy it is the only right solution.
    I have no power to order ZeniMax fixed this, if they doesn't care about a find solution to this problem.

    You can still use siege weapons to destroy forward camps in just a sec. :)

    I appreciate the ZOS response and communication. Hopefully there will be some additional mechanic in place for the player placing the Forward Camp to also pick it up, just like we with sieges (I did put this in the closed thread and hopefully is ok to place in the consolidated one).

    What they need is guild specific or raid specific forward camps as well. Lots of times it doesnt matter, we toss them down for anyone to use, but some times we need it to be dedicated to our group mates for tactical reasons.

    I don't agree, just like I don't agree with heal my friends first. I like that all can join in and be part of a siege or defense. The system now is more welcoming of new people.

    Let them know it isn't just forward camps. Sometimes siege equipment bugs out when you place it to where neither you nor anyone else can use it. Just becomes something you hope the enemy burns soon, like bugged forward camps.

    Still very frustrating, i have to run for loooooong times before getting to the raid because those expensive camps are not working... boring. This bugs is killing Cyrodiil... this needs to be fixed quickly!

    One temporary fix that might help a little if you can't get this patched very soon (I mean, it's been a problem since beta) would be to let the person that set the camp down also be able to destroy their own camp.

    Why the hell are forward camps not fixed yet? Also other siege weapons do the same thing and bug out. NOT ONLY FORWARD CAMPS. ALL OTHER SIEGE WEAPONS TOO.

    You know the bug is bad when you can't remember the last time a Fwd Camp didn't bug out!

    ..And then there's the compass issue, doors ceasing to function, keystroke inputs not being registered, skills failing constantly, oil pouring through walls, Ults resetting/failing, armor/weapon set perks not working, multibox bot aoe spam zergs, siege equipment bugs, "unknown error" crashes, grouping issues, and lag, lag, and more lag.

    It's only been, what, 3 plus months now?

    Will it be $15, $30, $45, or even $60 more before it's fixed, ZOS?

    I have even snuck to the center of a bugged tent and stood up to convince the enemy it was still working and should be burned.
