Caltrops under siege weapons.

I don't know if its intended but not being able to burn siege weapons cause the ground is covered with caltrops makes no sense. I cant pull out a torch and burn something cause of caltrops?..rethink that please.

Tai✭✭They use this trick also to avoid forward camps being burnt, and scrolls being picked up.
