Radial Sweep and It's Morps - Possibly Bugged and Defenitively Weak.

Been leveling up a new Templar character and I've noticed that Redial Sweep keeps air hitting. It happens almost every time when I go up or down roads or stairs, I've been missing when at point blank range as well. This ultimate needs a serious buff, at least to it's range. Would help quite a lot if the radius was buffed by an extra 5 meters...
But who am I to ask for sensible things to happen by this increasingly incompetent development team. It seems they are too busy nerfing Dragonknight to see the bigger picture. Which is every other class needs to be buffed to the point were they are on par with them.
