The truth about the TOP leaderboard of trials in dominion

ghdtmdvy
ghdtmdvy
Not going to whine or complain about the people, but letting the community know how rotten the community in dominion is.
So, I have been a player who has been playing ESO since beta, and have been playing since early release as well. I really loved the game, and had the passion enough to level 3 of my characters up to VR12, and thought that the players I have met through the game were nice people, and trying to enjoy their times while doing the many contents in the game. I have been inviting people to group to help them out getting the gear they want back before craglorn by sacrificing my playtime 12 hours a day to get them the gear, or to get them to the goal they wanted. Unfortunately, most of the people that are currently in the top leaderboard are selfish, greedy, ignorant group of people that they only not will use you, but do whatever it takes to get their gears farmed which includes *** a person over once they get the need. I will have to apologize about my poor written english grammar, but I am an international, and was just hey, why not share my experience. Some people may know me as the vanish tank, or the guy who facerolled all the bosses with the vanish build that used the the stealth mechanic before Zenimax decided to fix it. I'm not going to point out exactly who, but except the 11th and 12th on the top leader board are related to a guild, and to a people I personally took with me and helped probably since the 2nd week of ESO after release until the launch of craglorn. So, here is the story. Craglorn patched and I was helping people out like always including this person to get the fastest level grind up to VR12.
I already had my first character grinded to VR12 and was playing with my other toon, and the person asked for help so we could chain run sewers to get this guy up to 12.
Once, the person hits 12 the person says, sorry i gotta grab some food, and messages me that he will come back to help me simply because he feels bad that he leaves me alone in the dungeon unleveled. I did not care much about the fact, and took it light as everyone gets tired after grinding for a few hours, and that he is taking a break. However, we after a few days we were getting to run AA trials, and we wanted to get a group together. I forgot to mention that I was in the guild with the person when we had only 5 members, and that I was pleased to help the members once again just because I thought they were good people, and with the thought of yea maybe those are the gaming buddys everyone talks about. However, on a random day I decided to get some crafting gear done for the trials, and asked a person to craft me some gear and accepted an invite. Once i join the group of the crafter I see another VR10 dragon knight In the group, and was like hey whats up? are you getting your gear crafted too? and he says, yeah. He asks me what gear I'm crafting, and I told the guy that I'm getting my Nightmother set done. He then respons, you're getting the same set? I will still out dps you, and starts judging myself based on the class I was playing. I was at that moment a VR12 sorcerer. He starts cursing how bad I am, and how good he is, and how I should quit the game, and that mother is something terrible. The crafter looked at the conversation, and told the guy that he will be the first guy to QQ when they nerf the dragon knight. Then, he starts defending his class with his misery insulting me even more that I did not even reply to him, but put him on the ignore list.
However, I got over it, and helped out my gaming buddy as usual. The next day, I log in, and then realize that my friend invited some people to the guild in preparation of AA trials. I got so hype and bumped up in happiness to try something out new with the guild that was dead for about a decade. I introduced some people to my friend, so the guys could also join, and enjoy every moment of the content in guild. Unfortunately, all in sudden I see a user log in. Guess what? It was the exact random person who insulted me, and griefed over my class. I had to tell my gaming friend about the incident that happened the day before, and the guy agrees that he won't keep him in the guild. The guy joins teamspeak, and him and the guy are moved to a teamspeak channel and having a conversation about the incident. I join the channel and hear what the guy who insulted me has to say, and listen to all the lies and stories he is making up. All the people in the game are so bad, and this guy was blah blah blah..
My gaming friend listens to the guy and wanted me to go along with him. what..?
I decide to give him a chance and asked him in chat and messsage him why he would lie, and make up stories. The respond I get is " Just being an adult ". "do you want to continue argue about this? " after asking him about his behavior. I told my gaming buddy about to response, and told him that I would have to leave the guild due to the fact that I feel uncomfortable with him being in the same guild, and that he can't keep him. The response I get from my gaming buddy is "oh well, due to the fact he has barrier to run AA trials, Ill have to keep him, but he is just as like not being a member, so you don't need to leave. I would do anything to get my character geared, I just want to do this. I will make sure that I kick him after I get the gear." Oh, btw.. I forgot to mention I do not have the screen shot of the original incident, but I do have the screen shot from his response. Anyway, I told him since we have been playing together and run dungeons, and other ESO stuff for a while that I will come back anyday, but that I had to leave for now. After a while, I hear rumors about the gaming buddy and guild how corrupted the gaming bro actually was and that he gets in a lot of trouble from other guilds that he steals people from their guild to run his AA group. I decide to send him a whisper hi, and try to see if there were any problems I could help solving. The result ended up in not getting any responses. As a guy who trusted this gaming bud, and who had hopes up with the guild growing, I could have stayed in the guild, but simply just couldn't due to my pride. I am not a player who would use other gamers to get 1 or 2 more set items. I always was the player to help. I tried to ignore the fact that well he is just as it is, but keep on hearing rumors that Im gaining bad reputation due to the incident just simply wasn't greatful and had been stressed out everytime I logged in about 2 weeks. So, at the end, I decided to delete my characters, and leave the game. It is not only this person I'm pointing out, but there are several many other that are toxic to the community which are listed in the top leaderboard. I am leaving the game due to the community, and constant people trolling on zone chat, and even people that rip off guild mates, and false accusations that my username had some random alphabet that I get the witch hunt and get reported as a gold farmer by many. The community needs to get a bit more organized. I have no idea how worse the community can become. I'm not going to lie, I am butt hurt, mad, and dissapointed. As a conclusion, I leave the game.

Paragraphs save posts. I simply couldn't read more than 3 sentences.

No linebreaks makes for some damn hard reading ...

I helped good people. Met a guy I didn't like. The people I helped chose him over me. The people I helped weren't so good after all.

    And I quit.

You do have a botter name, OP, and your thread does name shame. It will probably be locked. You point at positions on the roster and make claims which I believe you are true (because the same is in DC and EP, with all the early exploiters and cheaters ruling the world).

However this post isn't a good way to express yourself. You should at least have the sense to post it somewhere that it won't get outright deleted.

Thats sad, I believe alot of players are willing to betray and exploit the game and other players, just to get the better gear and the higher ranking.

You ask "How much worse the community can get?" Not sure, but alot are shamelessly admitting they are around to create grief and step on others to ruin their fun.

So its actually the worst Ive ever seen in a forum in any game Ive played, luckily Im in a very nice guild where we all focus on helping each other.
