Detailed ability information

I would help new players a lot if players could access detailed ability information, ex. whether an ability benefits from sneak attack, whether it uses physical crit or spell crit and so on.
The information doesn't have to be jammed into the tool tips or the first layer of the skill menu's, but it should be somewhere easily and intuitively accessible.
It would also be nice if there was an in game way to see the ability morphs before ranking a skill to IV.
