battle groups in ava ?

hi , i was wondering if a battlegroup system similar to daoc would be ok in eso , in daoc it was a sort of group chat , where u could see who is in /wich class / wich group by typing chat commands, was like a raid group that had unlimited number of peoples that could join (it could be public , or private ) , except u dont have the health informations about the others peoples and that it didnt count as "being in group" , and for eso since u cant target , would be nice if u could have just something above the head of the leader , similar to the crown as it is for groups atm , its just that it can be difficult atm to follow a leader or organize when there is more than 24 peoples who wants to play together ; i dont know if its intended that there is no such things atm .
