Dominion items not dropping from pvp boxes

Anyone else not getting any dominion since they hit vt12? I have stopped counting how many boxes I opened at 60 and I guess I have open about 120ish so far and have still not got one item in PVP. does it just not drop anymore or I am I bugged or just extremely unlucky
