Bugs & new bugs.
So first of all i do love this game, and im trying i realy am.
2 days ago, me and a friend was questing and found a bug, in the quest "The Liberation of Northpoint" as far as we could see there was about 10 other people trying to do this quest, so we did what we usualy do, log out/log in for about 10 mins, since this dident work, we deleted this quest and started over, we spend around 1 hours doing this, and came to the conclution that it was a major bug we couldent fix ourself (this quest, blocked our passage to the rest of the map, so it was kinda important to do it) then we wrote a report & even called zenimax on the phone, hopeing to get some help, all in a friendly tone ofc, after spending another 2 hours on the phone writing back and forth it was pretty much this:
"Thank you for your reply!
Again, I apologize for this issue, but as I have stated before, unfortunately it's not possible to manually progress through this specific quest. If it was possible I would forward your ticket to one of our GMs, but since they're unable to help you, it would make no sense.
The only thing we can do is wait for the fix that our developing team is working on as fast as possible and we believe that it will come soon.
I know how you feel, that same quest had a bug in a different step in the beta and I was unable to progress further as well and had to wait for a patch in order to advance in the faction quests.
In the meantime, as I have stated in the previous reply, you may provide a helping hand in Cyrodiil. There are several quests there as well. It's not perfect, but you may also hunt there for some skyshards and get precious skill points."
So what do a friendly customer do!
I take them up on the offer, and go to cyradil pick up the tutorial questline "Siege warfare" and got to the part where i have to pratice shooting siege weapons, and to my fustration, this quest is also bugged! So now i cant even get the pvp quests, cause once you started the tutorial questline, you cant skip it..
So Zenimax, please tell me why am i paying a subscription fee.
Surely there must be some kind of compensation? I love your game, but tell me what am i supposed to do?
