Why is fire damage from a mob vastly higher than lightning or frost damage from a mob?

Just asking.... your not a vampire right? What race is your toon? (some races have resists to varies forms of damage)

No I'm not a vampire, imperial race. My spell resistance is currently overcharged at 1700something.
