Missing acheivements, still missing

The achievements I lost during patch 1.1 are still gone. I called into support immediately after finding out on the day of the patch. Support agent said two things to me:
-"This is fixable, we can fix it for you"
-"You are second person to call in about this, you should be high up on the list"
So come a month later, I have all quests done, yet am missing the zones that got reset still. No achievement despite actually grinding through this whole game. I would have my "Tamriel Hero".
I was lied to to appease my disappointment, only to disappointment again at a later date.
I would like my achievement wronged brothers and sisters to band together and maybe we can get that which was taken from us.

Bangstin✭✭✭I can spoil the answer that will come some day in the future.
Unfortunately while doing some server side maintenance with patch 1.1 we accidently wiped player achievements and after careful investigation it's become clear that the achievements cannot be returned or regained.
As a solution we suggest that you create a new character and earn the achievements the second time.Hope this helps.
