Lotus Fan not criting from stealth

Seems since I morphed this ability from base to Lotus Fan, it no longer crits from stealth
Essentially I have been testing it on single mobs. Stealth, clearly behind the mob, use ability, no crit. I get the teleport, the strike, the stun, but no crit. If I hit the exact same mob with Concealed Weapon from stealth, massive crit
Lotus Fam Morph no longer count as a stealth attack?
