Player:
"Zenimax, I would like to have some fun with my alts in Cyrodiil, but there is only one campaign that is active and since I play alts on different factions I can't join that campaign. Why is that?"
Zenimax:
"Well son, we have to prevent spying, that is the reason, there is no other, honestly just believe us. That is why you can't enter the campaign with an alt of a different faction. It would make spying just too easy.
In fact to make sure you can't spy we made it so that guilds are cross faction so you can use guild chat to talk to the enemy, also we made it possible for you to whisper them all the tactics and movements of your team. See? We work hard preventing you from spying!"
Player:
"That doesn't make any sense, but even if it did; what if I don't want to spy and just want an active campaign to have fun on with my alts?"
Zenimax:
"Sorry mate, you are out of luck. In fact just to make sure it is even harder to have fun on alts in pvp we make it impossible to get into a campaign that another alt is a guest in. Oh and don't you worry about the overpowered veterans vs your pre-veteran alts, we will just make them even stronger so your alts die even quicker! Doesn't that sound like fun?"
*player walks away shaking his head in utter confusion*
Seriously Zenimax, what is the deal here? Can you really explain your way of thinking? I am trying to wrap my head around it, but I just can't. I want to, but I am incapable of thinking completely void of logic.
