"The Dragonknight is still a bit stronger than intended, and we’ll be making some small changes over time to the class. Our intent—no matter what you read on the internet—is not to nerf DKs into Oblivion (so to speak), but to continue tweaking them until they are in line with the survivability of the other classes."
If anything, you need to tweak the DK to be "more in line" with using the intended gear they are "supposed" to use and filling the role they are supposed to fill. Do something about heavy armor mitigation to make it worth while (LOL Light armor + D Staff ...) . And where is the tanking utility at?
Nerf their damage output to nil I don't really care, but how about the DK get some tanky useful morphs? Mainly on AOE abilities. How about a taunt lock on termination of DOT aoes or for the duration of any given DOT aoe. Or how about taunt lock for 'X' duration upon activation? Something... anything that has to do with what the class is intended for.
These are obviously suggestions. But only to give some vague ideas on the proper direction to take the class.
Kind Regards,
