Wow! Just wow! Without spoiling it for those who have not experienced this DC zone I won't say too much but Rivenspire was amazing. My hat goes off to Zenimax for the writing done within this zone. It's by far the best zone overall I have ever played in an mmo. I was hooked on every word the entire time, including side quests.

So you used to be an adventurer until you took a Rivenspire to the knee? I got that right?

The real dilemma is that; Powdered doughnuts are overpowdered, the chocolate doughnuts are too chocolaty, and the coconut crunch doughnuts have more coconut than all other doughnuts. This is OUTRAGEOUSLY unfair to other doughnuts!

So from now on, all you special snowflakes get is nasty plain doughnuts...enjoy!

That's what I got from it.

It's funny you should mention that. I got stuck on one of the final quests in that area. The npc has been literally bugged, like on his knees, and is stuck that way.

Been going on over 24 hours now. I just gave up and went to the desert. Perhaps the server maint. will fix him.

    Stupid cemetary.

I like the rest of the writing, though.

But I like it better the way it is. ;)

Spoiler, but my favorite moment is when you find the lost agent ... in bed ... with the captain of the enemies forces ... who was asleep and naked ...

Classic. Made me really want to get to know that character.
Ruze Aulus. Mayor of Dhalmora. Archer, hunter, assassin. Nightblade.
Gral. Mountain Terror. Barbarian, marauder, murderer. Nightblade.
Na'Djin. Knight-Blade. Knight, vanguard, defender. Nightblade.

    XBOX NA
Ruze is a veteran of the PC Beta, lived through the year one drought, survived the buy-to-play conversion, and has stepped foot in the hells known as Craglorn. He mained a nightlbade when nightblades weren't good, and has never worn a robe. He converted from PC during the console betas, and hasn't regretted it a moment since.

He'd rank ESO:TU (in it's current state) a 4.8 out of 5, loving the game almost entirely.

This is an multiplayer game. I should be able to log in, join a dungeon, join a battleground, queue for a dolmen or world boss or delve, teleport in, play for 20 minutes, and not worry about getting kicked, failing to join, having perfect voice coms, or being unable to complete content because someone's lagging behind. Group Finder and matchmaking is broken. Take a note from Destiny and build a system that allows from drop-in/drop-out functionality and quick play.

Don't do that. Cause you can't get out of it even if you play EP or AD!

But yeah, I had met that guy in Coldharbor, and thought he was kind of a pud. Then I get to see his roots on my early VR levels (I'm EP), and all of a sudden he makes for a much more interesting character.

When he says 'I'm a lover, not a fighter', he actually means it.

I do wish there had been a way for me to do the other faction lines before getting to Coldharbor, though. The discrepancies in time and space kinda muss up the whole story a bit.
