Did we ever get an explanation as to why this was changed? Currently I can't reach any stacked bookcases (sometimes I can jump ( time it just right). Also I think it's affecting quests/dungeon exits. I can't exit the Rites of the Queen quest dungeon since this was put in place.
Chests. trunks, bookcases, crates,etc are a total pain now as well.
