A simple fix to bring all the armour types into balance.
Simple fix... the passives far ALL armours have to share ALL the effects. So, light armour has to buff Magika, Stamina and Health regen, but be the best at Magika. Medium armour has to buff Magika, Stamina and Health regen, but be best at Stamina. Heavy armour has to buff Magika, Stamina and Health regen, and be the best at Health.
Eg: New Tier 1 Passives.
- Light armour: 2% per piece to Magika regen. 1% to Health and Stamina regen. 1% to spell crit. 0.5% to weapon crit. (3 ranks)
- Medium Armour: 2% per piece to Stamina regen. 1% to Health and Magika regen. 1% to weapon crit. 0.5% to spell crit. (3 ranks)
- Heavy Armour: 2% per piece to Health regen. 1% to Stamina and Magika regen. 0.5% to spell crit. 0.5% to weapon crit. (3 ranks)
The other passives can probably stay the same. Might have to move a few around/tweak them. Theses are just examples, but with some tweaking this could probably work.
EDIT: These changes would have to go hand-in-hand with a re-balance of Stamina based skills to make them more in-line with Magika based ones.
