How about a Endurance BAR!

This bar would be used for our defensive stuff like block, dodge roll it can be directly derived from the health bar based on a % amount! This would solve allot of things with stamina, and not leave tanks in the dust!


EDIT REFINING IDEA
Sword and Board= grater **% of health that would determine endurance poll
Destro Staff= lesser **% amount of health would determine endurance poll (would have too be set amount or sliding scale based on health)
Healing staff= more the destro staff but less then sword and board **% amount of Heath would determine endurance poll
Melee weapons= **% would probably be something like resto staff.

    That's actually a brilliant idea and I made a similar suggestion in another thread.
    Block, dodge, heavy attack and bash interrupts should be on a separate resource bar from stamina as to give stamina attacks better use. It would be a good idea to have it increase based on health. I hope they do do this some day and then balance the stamina pool so it regens like magicka does and has more damage potential.

    +1. Tera added a new resource bar for Warriors and Lancers, due to blocking taking away mana drained them too much.... Sounds like ESO problem.

    It would be better to give us more stamina then.
    It is a issue but two bars about same thing or have health drained isnt good imo.

    No, what you're suggesting will make stamina and magicka the exact same thing, meaning you just picked w/e one you want and use that one. Might as well just merge them into one bar and call it energy.

    The problem with stamina is any caster still has access to stamina for cc breaks/blocking and escaping. While laying on dps with magicka. meaning they can always cc break while people investing in it and using it for dps/escaping cannot. what needs to happen is they need to drastically reduce the amount of stamina given per level, and increase the amount of stamina issued per point/gear. (lets say 500 stamina vr1, but maybe +20 per point.) Make cc break cost a flat rate, the majority of this decreased amount. (for this example id say 400.) this will give people not investing in stamina maybe 1 cc break max or a couple blocks. then they will have downtime while they recover stamina for another cc break, they'll be vulnerable to disables during this time. what this will do is make magicka users better at burst damage (hence why their' abilities deal more damage than stamina abilities). BUT stamina users will be able to outlast a certain amount of punishment and have more prolonged sustainable dps, at least in pvp. (because stamina grants bonuses to right click damage, I think?) Stamina users will always be able to cc break and can dip into their magicka pool to deal some quick damage (or use nb invis, or support auto attacks or w/e) like a magicka user will be able to dip into their stamina pool for 1 cc break or a couple blocks.

    OR

    They could make the 5 medium armour passive a reduction to cc break costs instead of the useless 10% attack speed it currently has.

    That's all well and good, but the Tank (Heavy Armor) is meant to be the one rolling and blocking most. It might make sense to get reduction on Blocking to Heavy Armor, and Reduction on Rolling to Medium.

    Ok I get that, but as a tanking scorc I don't use that much stamina, my build is magic based with the stamina poll as just my defense poll. I know most DK and Templar tank build are based completely around stamina and on top of that they use stamina based abilities as well, this makes stamina polls hard too mange and really over used! Now any magic dps build are going too go vary heavy magic it's boost over all damage and enables them too use those skills. A effective dps will not put much into health at all. The more magic the better and if your a scorc stamina for dark exchange for health and magic when needed, Fire Mage has been almost destroyed because if the recent nerfs too DK. This would not really effect Templars it NB's. Over all it would be a improvement. Also if your worried about magic dps then make it so the weapon determines the % amount of health that determines the amount of the Endurance bar.

    Except that using stamina poll for defiance and weapon abilities puts so much strain for melee dps builds because it's either do damage or have some stamina left over too run away. Now if like I said above make the weapon chose the % amount of health that determines the poll of the endurance bar would be effective.

    Health would not be drained from blocking it would be something
    Like sword and board equipped = grater amount of **% of health bar determines the amount of the endurance poll, while staffs equipped= lesser **% of health bar would determine the amount of endurance poll.

    As much as I LOVE this idea, it would kinda break the ESO feeling to the game. Sure, mudcrabs, Khajiit, and everything else would help preserve the world.. but the actual Health-Magicka-Stamina that many of us are used to..

    As much as I LOVE this idea, it would kinda break the ESO feeling to the game. Sure, mudcrabs, Khajiit, and everything else would help preserve the world.. but the actual Health-Magicka-Stamina that many of us are used to..

    I do understand iv play from marowwind and on, I do understand but this problem and well become game braking at some point when they fix
