This is the email I got after the rollback that happened at around 7-8 PM EST today.
"Currently, we are not restoring items, quest progress or character levels due to rollbacks. If this happened during scheduled maintenance, please be sure to log out of the game as soon as the system broadcast appears to ensure your character has enough time to back up to the server. This will help prevent any future loss and protect your character and inventory from unwanted resets. The team apologizes for any inconvenience this causes you."

Are you freken kidding me Zenimax? You aren't going to resolve an issue that is a result of a game that plays like its still in beta? And then you go ahead and blame it on "server maintenance" (which there was none)? Lol, never thought I'd say it. EA did it better. You guys are god awful.
PS: Good job fixing the lag in PvP with today patch.
