I'm confused if feed was intended to be used in PvP or not. I have no problems feeding in PvE but when it comes to PvP it seems the player I'm trying to feed on has to be standing completely still and not blocking. I have tried to use it several times but I've only been successful once or twice. I also have no idea if the person being fed on can CC break out of it and bash my face in but I would love to know if anyone else has had better luck than me using it because I would love to be able to use it more consistently in PvP and just consider it a NB buff.
