[tiny rant] avoiding the cash bought horse due to neglect of hotfixes that are needed.

basicly i wanted to get the horse and support the game but in all honesty it's not a wise investment so far since theres so many game breaking bugs out there that have been ignored so long it's quite amatuer for a big company to be neglecting them (example: the calatrops in cyrodiil or werewolves) and well, i just dont want to encourage a sloppy MMO development by giving them cash when i dont need to.

at this rate i'm questioning my sub, i'v played many MMO's and i'v not seen one so neglected in a long LONG time, most hotfix important things ASAP

It's not neglected, they are fixing things, but the game was released way too early. I can't say whether you should stay subscribed, or move on, only you can say that. But they manner in which this game is managed is becoming all the more prevalent, and most new MMOs are going to suffer from similar issues.

I wish it wasn't the case, but it is (in my opinion, please feel free to disagree).


Also the term Hotfix is a quickly installed fix, not actually relevant to this game, just thought I'ld point that out.

Don't buy the god damned rip-off cash shop horse!!! It is just a basic 17.2k gold horse.

Getting 17.2k gold by the time you get to level 10 is easy if you sell gathered mats and found Motifs. Don't bother crafting anything other than food and potions. Get into a couple of trading guilds and sell your Green/Blue drops you don't need.

It is actually a 17.2k horse for every one of your alts.

Anyway if you don't want to buy it don't, if you do want it buy it. I don't see what the horse has to do with your post because it is basically just complaining about ZOS. Maybe you thought your threat of not buying the horse will get them to do what you want?

You are assuming that people regularly find motifs before level 10 without a whole lot of grinding/farming; and btw and it's 17.2k per character vs. the cash shop horse that is then available to all characters for 1 gold. Kind of a wash as far as trade-offs go. Both have the same stats and both are inferior to the more expensive horses.
