Endless Fury
  Target takes X damage
    if Target dies restore magicka
    else
      if Target HP < 20% explode Target
        if Target dies restore magicka
        secondary explosion
          if Target dies restore magicka
          if other close target dies restore magicka
      else put a 4 second Debuf on target

Debuf
  from 1 to 4 second
    if Target HP < 20% explode Target
      if Target dies restore magicka
      secondary explosion
        if Target dies restore magicka
        if other close target dies restore magicka
If the "other close target" complicates too much, leave it out and roll it back to only main Target as it was in 1.0.8. In 1.1.2 Endless Fury doesn't work at all.
