Remember, sometimes everything doesn't have to do with class, but some weapon combos and armor set bonuses being stronger than others. Try to get some understanding on the different ability mechanics in ESO, and it will be easier to see what the real problem is.

And also remember: every class using bow/dual-wield builds are mediocre compared to destro/resto atm. Every class, including dks and sorcs.
