This questgiver NPC has far too long a leash. She needs to be put somewhere where players can go to her if they want to do their daily quest thing and NOT follow them all over the *** map. I've tried taking her quest and abandoning it after she stalked me all the way to town and she is STILL there all up in my character's personal space with that stupid glowing triangle over her head. Last night she stood right in the middle of some burial clears all la-di-da in the middle of fiery explosions and raging gargoyles. Please please make her go away!

You know you could just take the quest and then untrack it, right? That is even a stock UI function, no addons needed.
You have 25 quest slots. If it is worth writing on the forum about it, it should be worth taking the quest, going into questjournal and then just untrack it. In fact that would have been less work then making this thread, even if you have to do it on all 8 Characters.

If this is only so you don't forgert those other quests without following questgiver, you can track wich quests you skipped/never did with a character with a Addon like HoW Quest Journal:
