Caltrops - Another Maintenance, Another Missed Opportunity

A simple one note patch, call it 1.1.2a, could have been implemented to either fix or at least disable caltrops to prevent constant exploiting in PVP with this morning's maintenance.

There was no fix or patch downloaded.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom - any comment from ZOS, or do we wait another weekend's full of cheating before this is corrected.

If you can not patch it to fix it fully due to the vagaries of coding, disable the skill at this point. You have taken way, way too long to do anything when you've prioritized Kardala farming and mob difficulty reduction multiple days ahead of it.
