You must be talking about the EU one. NA Chrysamere seems quite balanced to me. AD could probably use more and DC maybe a little, but overall it's not bad.

its hard to recruit 10 people to go and join chrysamere. believe me i have been trying.
"hay guiz, My campaign just needs about 10-12 active DC and 20 active AD". we lost about 8 v10's 2 weeks ago who quit the game.
regardless. my guild is switching once the campaigns end.
