Uhmmm, -21% spell cost is simply too good. Heavy Pact Set bonuses are OK but I think that you will be better in all aspects if wearing 7 pieces of light armor. More dmg, more heals, more magic resist (the best dmg source at this moment).

The most of heavy armor passives are garbage right now. I hope this change soon.

Oh I know this, hence why I use both for different situations and the role I want to fill.
