Is leeching strikes bugged?

it restores 2.4% of max health not 4% as the tooltip says. outside of that im not aware of any other bugs. but my nb is shelved atm.Edited by Jeremy_gelber_ESO on 29 May 2014 02:211 -

andersan✭✭✭I thought about rerolling a sorc or dk after sticking with my NB through vet8. After thinking about it though I just couldn't do it. I have no issue redoing the 1-50 content but there is no way in hell will I go through vet 1-10 again. I told my guild and friends if it comes to rerolling or quitting altogether I'm just going to quit.
