Great game , but what's up with the lack of communication and endorsing speed hacks by Zenimax ?

First , love the game, the atmosphere , the class system , combat , music and so on .
Minor bugs I can put up with with also.
What I can't deal with is the seemingly non existent communication from a company taking subs (and I'm all for the box price and sub model as I prefer it).
Click on the Dev tracker and you see very , very little actual interaction or posts here.
Taking one specific example , I'm going to assume Zenimax has decided speed hacks are ok. For days now , you can step outside Devon's Watch and see teams , TEAMS , of blatant speed hacking bots shooting all over the landscape.
Nothing hidden, no investigation or time beyond a GM popping in twice a day to immediately ban 50+ bots in that area alone would be needed. I'm sure there are blatant other spots also.
Many people have reported them , yet days later they are still there, nothing being done.
Nothing.
Seriously Zenimax , it seems as a month post launch you've abandoned your paying customers , when a little effort on the communication side , and a GM spending a few mins a day in the main speed hacking/bot areas , would go a long way to making the paying customer base much happier.
Why so little effort ?
