Zoning into Rift?

Is anyone else having issue zoning into Rift? I have tried most of the wayshrines and trying walking into the zone. It either gets stuck on loading screen or just errors out.

I cannot log in, was in Riften and am still stuck at loading screen. Players on my wife's game saying all of Rift is down/bugged.0
