AD low pop, DC low pop, EP med pop and there is a long queue to get it as a non-EP player?

Something seems very wrong here. A result of the lag on Wabbajack which is the campaign with this queue?
What's the deal here?

fyendiarb16_ESO✭✭✭@Alomar thanks I fixed it. You can still get into Cyrodiil on some campaigns at least. Just been in one, but there was nothing to do so left again. Maybe Wabbajack is the only one affected? I didn't try more than one other campaign so it may be more than one campaign that is having this problem.0
