What's that add-on that shows cool numbers pop up from the enemy when you do damage?

This game is missing some pizzazz. Some flair. Some particles. Some fireworks. I like watching those numbers appear. Here's the video where I see them.

    I use Foundry Tactical Combat for scrolling combat text (not sure if that is the one there though):
