Why can't I log in to my character?

I try to log into my character it loads for ever then logs me out of my account and says unknown error. WTF?

My char is stross m'kai won't let me log on. ZOS please fix your damn game. I find it offensive that people are paying 15 dollars a month for this unfinished product.

Oh good - I thought I was the only one. All my toons are in Stros M'Kai because it's the most convenient place for accessing vault and crafting stations. But because of this I can't do a damn thing - thought it was my internet connection - it passed with flying colors, did a repair but nothing needed fixing, and even rebooted the computer (1 with and 1 without add-ons) and still can't get in.
