Basically, the moderators are more concerned about protecting the identity of the bot players than they are of the real customers. Pretty soon there are only going to be bots playing this game.

Is it serious? My post get removed because your rules about Naming while bunch of bots hyper speed around server breaking few other much more important rules and they stay totally safe from any reaction?
Outstanding attitude keeping cheaters in higher regard than normal players willing to play game free from bots and cheats.

So, 3 days pass since my post with video speedhacker was removed and his still doing same route speed runs, several ppl report it, speedhacking takes place in Riften city in front of plenty ppl and absolutelly 0 reaction from customer support. Outstanding.
