Village of the Lost Completion Reset???

I finished Village of the Lost in Coldharbour before the 1.1.2 update. The quest was gone and the map icon was white. Why is the quest back (edit: and the map icon black) now? Is it a bug from the 1.1.2 update?

I had the same after 1.1.2 I just re-did the quest. Seemed like a roll-back for this dungeon.
