Bot in coldharbour using speedhack+a tool to fly in sky on Image

Many players says there were a lot of low level Bot in coldharbour here are 2 pics with their name.
As you could see they are lv 2-3. Good luck zeni you have all the info to ban them !
I could'nt take pic when they use some cheats to speedhack and fly in the sky.
