The usual level 3 bots are doing this no-fight quest in force, including teleporting and flying all over the place.
And no, I did not bother to report in-game. Pointless, too many of them.

✭✭✭✭✭With swarms you report a couple bots and the locations.
And yes an level requirement of no more than 15 level below quest level would solve this issue all over without affecting players.Grinding just make you go in circles.
