fix nightblade pls

normally a bug does not bother me enough to make a post about it but the nightblade is pushing me to becoming crazy. against a boss that has a decent amount of hp(10k+) the nightblade bugs can be pretty troubling.
i am talking about these bugs:
shadowy disguise: cost +-330 magicka but for some reason cant be used when lower then 600 magicka, even if i have more magicka then required.
shadowy disguise: removes me from battle and resetting boss/mobs way to fast when using shadowy disguise to go stealth and get a crit on the boss/mobs. (has become a problem since patch 1.1.2 i think). not sure if intended.
concealed weapon(maybe other skills as well): does animation but does not do any damage and does not set target off balance every time. sometimes the target has the swirly icon above its head but can still attack.
please fix these bugs fast, they are giving me a headache.
