Could you apologize and finally be sincere about the changes/fix/nerfs you make in your game?

The last few days, we all realized how many things have been changed without any mention in patch notes or announcement in the game:
- Biting Jabs becoming unusable (locking every skill for 1,2 sec every use)
- Kardala dungeon's bosses being desactivated
- Some abilities not working as they were before
- One RvR campaign deleted (though you're saying "you didn't realize", cause really, you delete a campaign like that, in the blink of an eye, without noticing ?)

and many many other changes people discovered these past few days (Look at your customer service and general discussion sections for a glimpse of that). Having a huge patch making your game unplayable for many people is one thing, but lying by omission on changes (and your game is full of hidden information already) is just plain wrong and unforgiving.
Paul Sage, or Brian Wheeler, or any of your lead directors should write an official apology as soon as possible for the last few days, explaining why/how you not only put an unfinished patch live, but also hid many changes. Ask yourself something: are you safer hiding the truths, your problems, clearing things up, explaining the situation OR your reputation will be worse (if its even possible) if you finally give a clear statement of what you did wrong, what causes you to take so much time between fixes (lack of teamwork ? game architecture slowing you down ?), and how you're changing the way you work and communicate as of today/this week ?

You won't answer to this post I'm sure, but if you read it, think about it. Communicate, be sincere, stop hiding what's preventing your studio to be quicker on fixes, what pushed you to hide so much of the changes from the last patch (it's NOT that you didn't have time to write in the patch notes, don't try to fool anyone), and what you are doing to prevent the Craglorn patch crisis we are living from happening again.

I love the game, but it became unplayable for me as I'm a dps templar, and also I get loading screens in the middle of zones every now and then, sometimes killing me in combat. That's the tip of the iceberg of bugs that came last week. I will leave (and it's not a threat, just a fact) like many others if communication and patch fix are not faster and you never decide to be sincere about what you do with your game, and ultimately, our game cause we pay for it.
