I'm so unimpressed with the way you guys are handling this, Think you might let us, the customer in on what's happening with error 301? I've been down since day of the patch, logged out and was never able to relog in. I called the help line, wait 3 hours for a call back and was fed some BS to try this and that, and then was hung up on, and never got a call back. I am on the monthly subscription plan. You think I should just wait around, while next month is up and coming, and maybe I'll be able to play what I am paying for? Well I think not. Get your fingers of you bum and let us know what is going on. Hiding in the shadows, not telling us what is going on, but still expecting payment will not fair well with most. If I don't hear anything in two days I'll be hitting the cancel button, as I'm sure many others will follow suit.
