Underdog Bonus Needs Reworking

It should be given by number of keeps you own. This current mechanic is lopsided.

At the moment it goes by score of your faction. The only problem with this is that Population limits change.

For example:

In my campaign of chrysamere, DC has the most points by a wide margin. Unfortunately, about 30 DC switched campaigns, making our forces weaker, while EP has gotten stronger.

So now we are left with this:

Low pop server = keeps are hard to take with less people.

EP owns 99% of the map and has Emperorship..yet the STILL HAVE THE UNDERDOG BONUS.

currently they are getting 3 tiems the amount of AP we get, yet we have less numbers and less keeps.

Someone please tell me why I am wrong.. IF I am wrong at all. Currently this is so stupid.

How can one faction own most of the keeps, have Emperorship and STILL have the underdog bonus

They need to lower the amount of camps... they have way to many, it only makes more balance problems.

Would of thought underdog would of been done by current players. So anyone can have underdog only if they are currently the less populated playing.

Do Zenimax do anything right?... they *** up the simplest stuff.

Agreed. Currently the UD bonus is given to those with less Faction points.

It should be factored in by number of keeps owned OR Current population instead.

    Sign me up for this.

Not sure why you'd give it to everyone but the top scorer. Maybe to avoid if the top scorer was also the underdog? Warhammer based it off current population within a pvp zone; for ESO, it'd just be Cyrodiil, but it'd make a helluva lot more sense than giving it to the 2 losing sides (especially if one of those sides is zerg heavy, further encouraging them to zerg it up and potentially drive away other players).

I think understand Zenimax and their decisions less than I understand women...

...and I really don't get women most of the time. I'll only understand them by sheer accident.

I think they were jsut lazy and put no thought into this.

I just don't feel the drive to play on my server anymore, because the side with the most keeps and emperor..gets triple the AP I do

Scoring page, it shows an icon next to the points being earned.
