•Increased the amount of ultimate generated by single target damage spells.
So according to the patch notes this was buffed. I see no difference at all on single target Ult generation. Can anyone verify if it is only working on specific spells, or is this just another ZoS example of telling people something has changed when it actually has not?

Akhratos✭✭✭✭Its kind of a hollow statement if we dont get any more info. Much like 75% ZOS patch notes are. Wich skills were affected? How much?
You know, players wont notice a 3% ult generation boost most probably. I didnt, if that is of any help to you.2
