Old refining bug (the one that destroyed your helmet) is back

Decided to post in this subforum, so more people see it.
So, remember there used to be a bug when your helm got destroyed when you attempted to refine materials without having the necessary amount to do it? It is back again! So be extra careful when you attempt to refine anything.
Just now I accidentally double tapped R while having only 10 ores and now my blue helm is gone:(
