Charged Atronach after patch

Have anyone tried leveling up the ultimate Charged Atronach after the patch? I wonder how much it improved!
Which morph do you think is better for PvP? I was using him as a meat shield before (to prevent enemy projectiles, usually), but now maybe he can do great damage. I used to have a Greater Storm Atronach morph, but I felt either I or my enemy died before 18s anyway so I am thinking of respeccing into Charged. What do you guys think?
