Safety locked items..

Hello dear ESO forum users, i'm not sure if it's a correct area to describe my problem, but i hope u can help me. I don't know what happened, i had a one week break with ESO, i logged in and i can't destroy any items in my inventory, i can't teleport to shrines. I have to do relog each time i want to sell something or destroy, my ESC button stops working too and i can't quit the game, i need to do alt + ctrl + del......i'm really angry about this game, first days in ESO was underwhelming -6h maintance almost every day, enormity of lesser bugs, i said - it's ok, this game is young yet. Then i noticed that my char stops fighting during battle, skills didn't worked - i can't even say, how many times i died becouse of that....and every time all equip to repair for a sick prices. I thought i will play this game 2, maybe even 3 years, at this moment i almost hate this game. I feel like an idiot, that i bought ESO. I was reading about this safety lock items but i can't even see where the hell is an icon of this "safe locking". I'll be really grateful for your help, and maybe i'll stop to throw mental axes to bethesda crew...

I'm having the same issue and it's getting really annoying. It's hard to play the game when inventory full and at last boss nice item and u cant clear inventory there for u cant use escape key to log out and come in so you basically shut window and log in and items gone. Grrr this needs to be fixed now not in a patch a month from now.

This is the first I've heard of this, but it is definitely game breaking! Hopefully it gets addressed ASAP!

Disable all Addons. Reload UI twice (currently minor bug with unloading addons).
If that does not help, make repair scan in launcher.
If that does not help, try reinstalling the game.

There was at least a know bug with exterminatusGroupLeader disabling ESC key in certain sitautions but it is fixed now. Other addons might still have it, however.
And if an addon was it - you did install them on your own risk.

Other add ons must have it, because the same thing is happening to me and it's either requiring that I run NO add ons at all, or I deal with random freezups, inventory items locking, and being unable to log out or reload the ui, at all. This is the only mmo I'm playing at the moment, but I'm at the point of setting it aside because of this particular bork happening

It's very frustrating and game breaking...considering such a large chunk of this game is fleshed out by add ons.
