ESO Won't Work

When ever I press play in the launcher the screen loads and goes black like normal. After 5 seconds my PC says, "ESO is not responding..." It then gives me the choice to close or wait for it to respond. I've already repaired ESO once and re installed it twice. I also tried the LIVE folder fix. The game was working well until this update. Please help.

Try "Run as Administrator" by right-clicking the ESO application icon in your desktop/programs.

Can try starting ESO without using the Launcher. If it starts, be sure to check your display settings so that they match your current system display settings.

hmm i had right this problem too and this is my solution

go to ur mydocuments/elder scrolls online/live and edit ur usersettings file

near the bottom u see 2 lines named
SET RequestedNumJobThreads
SET RequestedNumWorkerThreads

if they are -1 set them to 0 that it look like this
SET RequestedNumJobThreads "0"
SET RequestedNumWorkerThreads "0"

this made it run by me again hope it will help too
