Green Armor

Since the patch I see a lot of armor, my heavy armor included that is now green. I'm was wondering if this was intentional to have so much armor with similar colors? I've heard the ability to change the color of your gear is coming or may have been introduced in the last patch. If so, where do I go to modify my gear color. I can't seem to escape this green gear color in 3 changes or armor and would like to get rid of it. Most of Imperial gear was great combination of leather and red, and it went this green after the patch...I feel like I'm wearing the same gear all the time.

Before the patch I would get a ton of white gear from mobs, but now I haven't seen any and I'm looting mostly greens.

Dyes are coming, no ETA as far as I'm aware.
My character is the opposite, I had a lot of green on my light imperial gear, since the patch It's all red, how I expected the imperial gear to look.

I actually think what is going on is a texture fail. The green appears when a texture does no load for whatever reason. Many games use a very bright colour so the texture fail is obvious, Skyrim used bright pink.

People seem to think the green is suppose to be a normal colour, I don't think it is.

He's talking about textures, not 'common-uncommon-rare' equipment levels.

Thanks Carnage2K4. That makes sense, hope they fix it in the next patch. It does seem to be more in the heavy armor I think. Playing my alt necromancer and haven't had any of that missed texture issue, so will stick with that till patch time.

I would love green, compared to my pink redguard armour.

The only armour that I've any complaints about is my Sorceror's light armour, it was Bright Green which was bad, and is now a Drab Blue which is worse.

The dullness is the main problem, not the blueness, I like it being blue, just wish it was brighter because my Altmer Sorceror has a taste for standing out in my head.

Dyes will help, I'm looking forward to them. I loved them in Swtor, even if they didn't work perfectly, maybe they'll let us create them via Alchemy.
