vampire - Lost skill points

Hi,
After patch 1.1.2 i send my vampire into hell
1) Go into temple and cure vampire - but I did not get back any skill points
2) I reset my skill points " 239 in skills 11 free and 14 lost in vampire = 264 " but after reset has only 250 points.
For my money i want her skill points
I'm not the only one who's affected, but not everyone notices that something is wrong.
